I decided to kick my bad self asteem in the teeth and submit a haiku. A the temperature drops outside, my mood seems to rise. Not entirely sure why, but it was sorely needed.

Looked at my last journal and saw that it was dated august 7 last year. Many things can happen in a year. I and Lawofreflection have become parents to a lovely boy named Oliver for example.

Me becoming a father only partially explains my absence from dA. I tired of my writing some time last summer and never really took it up until now. I've done the odd haiku and I'll see if anything is worth posting. But what I really need to do is delve into and go through your deviations. You guys sure haven't been unproductive in my absence.

Seems like "tomorrow" actually means "in two weeks" in my book... I deeply apologise for the delay. Again.

Being away for so long has made me almost fearful of returning. Feels like I'll never catch up with all the deviations and stuff at this rate. Better get a move on.

Update!

Hi! Thanks for all the warm welcomes. I was away spending the weekend with some friends from bible school and the internet access was limited to say the least. Expect the first updates tomorrow. But enough about me.
What have you guys been up to? Anything important I've missed?

Found my way back it seems. Good to see you're all busy. Myself I've barely written anything since my last journal, but that might change soon. At the least I have some very overdue promises to keep up, prizes to hand out, deviations to look through et.c
